I am actually thinking about reducing everyone's contracts by 40-50% and reducing the Salary Cap by 20-30% and then also allowing you to remove 1 year of a contract of your choice. League vote will decide I think.

I like it but at the same time I don't cause it will give some teams a cop out instead of them doing the work to move players they don't like.

The main reason I am doing this is because we are going to be getting a huge group of mega contracts. Jordan right now makes 17 mil and if he is maxed out he will make :
year 1: 18.7 mil
year 2: 20.57
year 3: 22.627
year 4: 24.88
year 5. 27.27
year 6. 29.99
That is more than half a team's salary cap for one player.

But at the same time some people get Jordan and Pippen and others get Rex Chapman as their leading scorer. For the most part people asked for their teams yes? I still haven't voted yes or no I just think that doing something like this would lead to more inactivity

I think you let it go....if somebody wants to offer MJ a max contract, let them, its their cap that will be crippled.....or you could just institute offer amount caps for as long as you deem pertinent, so that contracts don't get outta hand
