well thats how I took it too...but all the people in the resigns max contracts started at 8.25 so thats why I was confused?

Yeah I noticed that too so maybe if you offer 10 mil it is that far above and beyond that they can't turn it down IDK

I'm pretty sure it's 3 hours from the last pick so that'd be 9:06 since the nets picked at 6:06 but i'm not really sure

also if you simmed the 2nd round teams might get stuck with players they wouldn't want and you would waste a draft pick
