you have no experience. I am tired of people not knowing what they are doing. Latch on to a team as an assistant GM and get some experience and then when a spot opens you can be in consideration.

I am kinda ok with being semi crappy. We get a solid mid first in a deep draft and we need to add youth badly to this old team.
