well i'm sorry to say but manny ramirez is a little whiny bitch who needs to get his ass tossed out of every game i dont get why these players are still able to play after cheating and taking steroids its BULLSHIT!!!!

Because there would be only like 10-30% of the league left if they banned every player who ever took steroids.

Manny didn't take steroids, it was some weird drug that didn't even make him stronger. And Manny is the man, he is the reason I watch the Dodgers...on sportscenter. That ump screwed him over twice against the Mets. The ump should've been thrown out. A-Rod is a whiney bitch, not Manny.

The drug he was taking helps people recover after they stop taking steroids, which is why it is banned. There is no other reason a man would be taking it.

The problem for the whole steroid era is the leagues fault not the players, I'm tired of the players being throw under the bus of this subject. If it was so wrong, why did the league do nothing for so long? Players = scrap goat... |

Yes he got his hand caught with crumbs on it, but no one caught him with his hand in the cookie jar. And that ump was bad. How is Manny a whiny bitch? He showed up to the AAA games w/o a possy, answered almost all of the questions when he returned, and it was reported that he was nice to all of the guys he played with during his suspension. A-Rod is a dick who talks condescendingly to everyone he meets, and pegs himself to be God's gift to humanity. There is nothing to suggest that Manny acts that way. He's more likeable and that's why the drug suspension wasn't made a huge deal when he came back. And I agree with donatello, there's no hard evidence to suggest he took steroids, only the suspicion that he used to. Even if he did take steroids, his numbers haven't waivered since he's "been off them". But I will agree with you on one thing, manny isn't the man, Bear Grylls is. But he's still freaking awesome, and pretty much the only reason baseball is relevant on the west coast.

manny is the only reason i would ever consider watching baseball. baseball just doesnt have much young fan appeal other than him. personally i think hes hilarious regardless of ur stance on his respect or whatever
