I do this trade for a few reasons.
1. Longley is still only 26 years old and the Suns are not using him at all it looks like with Oliver Miller there. I now have a younger version of Dike on my team and locked up longer.
2. I plan on getting a tad younger and trading Dike so that opens a spot for Longley to start. Sabonis is also on the move soon as well.
3. Gaberial looks to be very promising and super cheap. He will be my future SG and will be a good one.
4. Losing my pick in 96 hurts a tad but I think I am going to be going on the upswing with my team since the old GM wasn't doing jack.
5. The 2003 first was the only thing I didn't like giving up.
6. Those 3 2nds will be very handy down the road. Hope to pluck some good role players with the Suns. They dont see good with the talent they have right now and I bet they slip up.
