Is business starting to pick up yet? FYI, I have been referring a lot of business while I have taken a couple years off to take care of my kids (2,4,5)...its fun but harder than work. And yes it is picking up but the real issue is that people listen to the media and are in a waiting pattern and are afraid to move forward! Anyone considering buying and can get financing should move forward now because when it does "pick up" or the market does change it will be harder to get the great deals that are available now... IMO (and other top Realtors) if the media would just stop talking about how bad it is things are the market would be a lot different! I am currently (in live in Portland) helping a few people in LA find homes (through my old partner)...thats where I lived a couple years ago and why I can afford to take a couple years off... |
