I'm not in the market atm. That is just my opinion from my personal experience and from talking to friends.
Everyone I know that went through a broker paid about twice as much as us.

Not always I usual pit them against each other...I mainly use Banks as well but I always encourage people to shop around and let the best one win! Mortgage brokers usually have more flexibility that why I recommend them and bankers are having a tough time right now |

More regulation is coming there way though........... I hope Things way to nuts with the crazy programs! Not so bad hear I would guess but in LA where prices are so much higher people were buying homes on 1/2/3 year interest only and now are in foreclosure, they had no idea their $3000 a month payment would jump to 7k or 8k...very sad! |

I'm clinging to the 7th so I hope I can get to the second round but playing the HAWKS or PACERS or CELTICS will be tough first opponent. The HAWKS look like they are in trouble though
