Age: 21 7'0 242 pounds PF Wake Forest Strengths: Duncan enters the 97 draft as the clear cut favorite to be the number one pick. He has a great post game on offense with a hook shot, bank shot, and a good drop-step dunk. He can also pass out of the post better than average. On defense he is just as good. Can block shots and lock up either a PF or a C. Great rebounder at the college level which should lead to being great in the NBA as well. Weakness: Duncan has no outside jump shot around the 3 point line and a few feet in. That could hinder him against some of the other PFs in the league. He also has some minor knee issues. Horrible at the free-throw line but looks to be improving. More athletic PFs could be a concern for Duncan. Scout's Take: If you are looking for the sure fire hall of fame player in this year's draft Duncan is your man. He could easily come into the league and be one of the best centers or power forwards in the game on both ends. He will be a stable part of any team for years to come. He is the ultimate team player and won't be a locker room concern at all. Ratings: B C C- B- B- A

A one year transition from Dream to the Big Fundamental would be great

After leading Wake Forest to the Final Four for the second time, scouts have absolutely fallen in love with Duncan's defensive capabilities. he is underrated athletically, and has shown a knack for getting rebounds and blocking shots. Scouts are amazed at the improvement he has shown on the defensive side of the ball and rebounding wise, and now feel like he could be defensively dominant right out of the gate, offensively his game will take some time to develop, and he really isn't someone you want to count on to take the 3 or long two still and actually now scouts have decided he is even weaker at the outside game, they expected his free throw percentage to improve, as well as his jumper, but he looks maybe even a bit worse than they expected. His inside game is still fine, though He will need to be polished a bit more, as he relies a bit too much on his size for scout's tastes (by the way, scouts had mismeasured him before he is only 6'11" but he does way 248 pounds now, mostly muscle), but given a year or two he will become a dominant Center or Power Forward.
