this win doesnt deserve a " yay baby!!! "
shitty play. our defense makes big plays, but allows way to many just short 10 yard gains. Our O looked like shit until a few plays in the 4th. but still. Masoli too short to see Dickson across the middle. Andre Crenshaw is not good. LMJ is decent but young. Barner great vision but not great physique. WE need to utilize Lavasier Tuenei

I think your critique was terrible...We struggled a little but we're very young...The defense held them to 6 of 18 on third downs, that's huge for us...They also made some big plays...forced some turnovers...The offense started to get some rhythm in the 2nd half and you could see it...The running backs were getting comfortable, the o-line was getting comfortable and masoli was starting to get his swag back..We'll be alright

Exactly, after not getting a 1st down till 7:07 left in the 3rd against Bull Sh*t University I'd say that was a good showing.

sure it was a good showing relatively. are we going to compete against the likes of cal, USC, utah, hell even OSU like that. No. Not even close. But i sense this year we are a team that will play to the level of its opponent. We will no doubt improve. but from what i saw last saturday...we are going to need a lotta of improvement.
