Hard cap is the max amount of money you can have invested into contracts.
If you go over the hard cap you will be fined a first round pick for that following year. If you can't get under the cap in 3 days you will lose 3 future first, and you get another 3 days. If you still can't get under you will be fired.
The order goes, Resignings, Draft, FA

sounds good. Will we be doing this every year? The cap will be going up as I decide it. Eventually it will top out at 60 mil.

Does training camp come after free agency and then it's the start of the season?

Does training camp come after free agency and then it's the start of the season? Yeah it's after FA. And season starts right after training camp.
