Good for Kings. They got an A defender at Center for cheap

I have so much depth in my front court that Longley doesn't play. I have Laettner, Tisdale, Maxey and Vaught already ahead of Longley. Worst case is I got an extra 1mil in cap space to use.

good for both, these trades are the best to look out for, you find the teams that have too many players at one position and have good players wasting away on the bench, then grab em. If the GM is smart he will take a good offer, say expirings or draft picks

EWWW.
I like this for the Kings. They get a young guy who good potential and he is already great at defense. Now he can spend time on offense and hes golden.
