2 factors for my side of the deal. Dee for Strick was made more for next year. players are very similar in attributes, but with a limited number of top notch PGs available in free agency next year, i felt that suring up Strick would be a good move rather than gambling on resigning Dee.
the other factor in the deal was trading for guys who fit my offensive style of inside scoring. all 5 guys i get have either B- or B for Inside, while all 5 i traded away have C+ or C. so i'm hoping that helps me win more this year.
from an overall talent standpoint, the deal's pretty even i think, but maybe this will help explain my point of view of why i made this trade

In understood it completely...I the offensive points are the only part I didn't notice...It's definitely even in my opinion

Yeah I already have 3 excellent inside scorers in Tisdale, Laettner and Vaught and after adding Hardaway I needed solid outside shooters to have a very good balanced scoring now I have all A- scoring in my starting lineup and 2 A+ handles guys to distribute to everyone
