Strengths: Finley is an excellent defender on and off the ball. Great scorer who knows how to post up and play well down low. Great leaper who can throw it down. Will compete in the Dunk Contest. Better than average passer.
Weakness: Finley likes to shoot the 3 ball and when he's hot he is darn near unstoppable. However, he isn't ready yet to be a threat every night from outside. Needs to improve on his ball handling.
Scout's Take: Finley will be a multi-allstar but not a superstar player. Can pass the ball out of double teams and can create other shots at times. No doubt a top 15 player and should go top 10.
