The NBA has awarded the cities of Vancouver and Toronto each an NBA team.
The Vancouver team will be known as the Grizzlies and will be run by Jebly8.
Toronto's team will be known as the Raptors and a GM hasn't been awarded yet.

They're gonna be added in the offseason. They will get picks 4 and 5 respectively and then be able to bid on FA's as well
