The Mavs presented me with a rule change which will go into effect after this season. I am going to change the buy outs from 3 or more years to 3 or less years. |

I know this...but it still has to be 20 mil or more...It says nothing in there about changing that part of it and a I pm'd him mid-season when the whole nique thing happened and he said it still had to be 2- mil or more |
