Strengths: Marbury or Starbury as he likes to be called as one of the best cross-overs in the game right away. He is very dangerous when he gets to the top of the key because he could hit it in your face or blow by your and draw in the defense. Also a good defender for a PG.
Weakness: Gets way too sloppy with the ball trying to make the fancy pass. Very turnover prone and teams will need to learn with him making 4 TOs or more a game. Also can be a bad vibe with the team. Always complaining.
Scout's Take: It is no doubt that Marbury can be a star in this league. Its up to him to realize that and settle the hell down. There are many scouts who feel like Marbury could be the best player in this draft while some feel hes just a hot head and will never live up to the hype. This is the ultimate boom/bust pick.
